Keith Phillips/Westside Jazz


Keith began his career playing piano and keyboards in jazz and rock groups in Chicago in the 1970s. From 1980 to 1996 he served as keyboardist and keyboard programmer for the National Tours of EVITA and CATS as well as on Broadway in New York City for such shows as CATS, LES MISERABLES, CITY OF ANGELS, WILL ROGERS FOLLIES, and CRAZY FOR YOU among many others. He can be heard on the film scores of THE MORNING AFTER and CROSSING DELANCEY. As a composer he has won Best Score at the NYU Film Festival. He currently resides in Jackson, WY with his wife Pam Drews Phillips (notable pianist and composer of PETTICOAT RULES - THE JACKSON HOLE REVUE) and their son Andy. Keith plays with his own trio, recorded an acclaimed CD - WRAP YOUR TROUBLES IN DREAMS with bassist Bill Plummer and accompanies vocalist Nicole Madison. Since moving to Jackson he has also made yearly appearances with the Grand Teton Music Festival.


Keith's band, Westside Jazz, is an excellent choice for clients with discerning tastes.  The group handles a wide variety of material from the Great American Songbook, and they present it beuatifully.  If you want to truly add elements of class and sophistication to your event, this is the band for you!

Price Range(Westside Jazz): $2,600-$5,500, depending on the size of the group.  Audio production is included.
