Chanman Roots Band

The Chanman Roots Band is a roots reggae band from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Created from a love of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Toots and the Maytals, and other artists from the 70’s and 80’s, CRB continues to spread a message of  social consciousness and happy feet.

For over 3 years, CRB has carved a nice niche in rocky Mountain reggae with it’s horns, harmonies, and dancing. The band is about having a good time.

Fronted by  Peter “Chanman” Chandler, driven by a strong rhythm section, pulsating horns, and sweetened vocals, CRB has an organic feel that makes you want to move and enjoy the moment.

CRB has opened for the B-Side Players, JAH Army, and Los Lonely Boys. Their music has also been featured in Movies. “Baldy Dread” is in “Swift, Silent, Deep – the story of the Jackson Hole Air Force and “Ski When it’s Time” is in Stormshow Studios “Trial By Air.”
